"today in the bay's" danielle lee is live in washington right now. obviously that was a private ceremony yesterday. what are some of the other main differences between today's oath and yesterday's? >> reporter: well, the size is probably the biggest difference and the one you'll noticed compared to where i'm standing on the national mall. there are tens of thousands of people out here for the public ceremony. the president is going to take the oath of office just before noon but they are already out here dressed warm trying to get the best possible position to participate in this historic moment. you may be able to hear music playing along the national mall are big screens to help people get as close a look as possible at the president taking that oath of office and you can really feel the energy out here. we are expecting up to 800,000 people
